Welshpool Impact are looking to "Take pride in Welshpool".

What does that mean? It means we want to look around the town for :-

• Dirty signage;

• Weedy areas; 

• Build-up of rubbish;
  etc

​

In other words we want to put the 'pride' back in Welshpool.

Yes, that work probably should be done by all sorts of other agancies! It is all too easy to look to others to carry out the work - but, in this austrity era with Councils, we know it wont happen and places get to look run down.

Rotary people are 'people of action' and don't look to others - we take the lead!

Some of this work has already been started  by our President Nominate Kelly Meredith !
