OUR MISSION
Welshpool Impact are a group of individuals who have come together to make a difference locally and further afield. Our mission is to improve the lives of those in need by providing them with the resources and support they require to lead a healthy and fulfilling life. We strive to improve our environment and to create a world where everyone has equal access to basic needs such as food, water, shelter, and education.
Why Welshpool impact?
Quite simply its because we intend to make an impact on Welshpool and its environment and hope that residents get to know about us and what we are doing.
We are sponsored by our more "senior" colleagues in Welshpool Rotary but Welshpool Impact are without the financial burden of being a full Rotary member.
So how much will it cost you to join the Welshpool Impact team?
Well, its just £1 per month as a Rotaract member , but we still have the benefit of being covered by the Rotary insurance for our activities as any Rotary club member and are part of the Rotary International world wide organisation of 1.4m people in over 180 countries!
We will be working beside Welshpool Rotary on their club activities as a combined group to support our local community and communities further afield.
Movers &
shakers
We are a group of motivated individuals wanting nothing more than to better our hometown and beyond. Through event organisation, community-minded initiatives and volunteering opportunities, we are people with the common goal of making Welshpool a town to be proud of.
We will be aiming to work with businesses to be Corporate members and hopefully an outlet for them to get involved with their community if they wish to 'give something back'.
We will also wishing to get involved with local schools.

Welshpool impact Rotaract meeting
The first get togethers as 'information evenings' will be Wednesday 26th February and Wednesday 12th March, then we will meet every 2nd and 4th Wednesday in the month
